Final registration

Registration fees (including lodging, meals, banquet and ISGS membership)

The International Sol-Gel Society will award 5 scholarships of 500 Euros each to attend the summer school. The scholarship is reserved to PhD students. Application form should be sent to and within the 31st may.
Notification of the results will be announced by the 15th June, 2008.

Porto Conte is around 15 km far from Alghero and from the airport.
Porto Conte Ricerche is a science park that is located in the regional natural park of Porto Conte, Capo Caccia. The school and lodging will be within the science park.

How to reach the place
The airport ( is approximately 9 km far from Alghero and it is connected to the city with a bus or through Taxi (Telephone +39 079 935 035, Alghero
City, Telephone +39 079 989 20 28).

Car rental is available at the airport with several companies, book in advance is strongly recommended if you select this option.
Bus from Alghero to Porto Conte Ricerche is available three times a day, the bus will stop just in front of the Science Park.
